Jon has been in the radio industry for almost 5 years.  After graduating with a BA in communications from the University of Wisconsin- (Go Bucky!) he landed his first radio job as a marketing consultant for NextMedia in the Chicagoland market.  He quickly learned how radio works and after 2 years with NextMedia he was quickly promoted to Sports Project Manager where he helped implement the IHSA football and basketball game of the week, not to mention the Wisconsin Badgers Football broadcasts.  Jon joined the Entercom Milwaukee sales team in November of 2007.  He couldn’t be happier to be working in the Milwaukee market and with the outstanding caliber of people who make Entercom a leader in the industry.   He feels that one of the most rewarding aspects of radio is working with business owners and finding the perfect combination for their specific needs no matter how big or small the business is- “When I meet with a business owner, I want to get to know them and their business.  Once I understand where they want to take their business, I know we can come up with a plan that will get them there.”  Jon firmly believes in delivering results and doing what he says he’s going to do. Jon pitched for the University of Wisconsin baseball team and can’t wait to throw fast balls in the back yard with his 1 year old son Matthew- once he’s a little older.  He is an avid golfer and takes great pride in being a Badger fan.
